Sally brings a multidisciplinary perspective to mediation, combining legal training with a background in psychology, social work, financial services, and international public-sector work.
Before entering mediation, Sally worked as a social worker in Edinburgh, where she developed educational programs for individuals with learning difficulties and helped create supportive environments in elder care. She later worked in banking and financial services, developing extensive experience in client relationships, negotiation, problem-solving, and working with diverse stakeholders.
Her international experience includes supporting the Government of Canada’s migration programming across Sub-Saharan Africa, giving her additional insight into cross-cultural communication and navigating complex institutional environments.
Sally is trained in restorative and facilitative mediation under Minnesota Supreme Court Rule 114. She is also a credentialed mediator in Texas and brings a practical, people-centered approach to resolving conflict.
Sally combines legal training with experience in psychology, social work, financial services and international and cross-cultural environments. Her approach is grounded in careful listening, constructive dialogue and creating a respectful process in which people can address conflict and work toward meaningful resolution.

I draw on careful analysis, relevant information and evidence, and risk awareness when helping parties navigate complex circumstances.
To provide compassionate, impartial and effective mediation that helps individuals and organizations navigate conflict, understand different perspectives, develop fair and practical solutions, and move forward with integrity, respect and professional care.
A world where conflict is met with understanding, addressed with integrity, and resolved through constructive dialogue and sustainable solutions.
Conflict can already feel complicated. The mediation process should not add unnecessary complexity. We make the process clear, structured, accessible and manageable, from preparation through resolution.
A trusted process requires privacy. We protect the confidentiality of the mediation process and create a setting where participants can communicate openly and thoughtfully.
The people involved in a conflict remain at the center of the process. Mediation supports participants in identifying what matters to them, considering their options, and developing solutions they can genuinely own.
